Product Description
PAN OIL LEADER HC is an anti-sticking agent recommended for manufacturing of cheese, in slices. PAN OIL LEADER HC is used for cutting slices of cheese and so avoids sticking of the slices afterwards.
Due to its content of sunflower lecithin, the PAN OIL LEADER HC must be shake before use. To facilitate its use, the PAN OIL LEADER HC can be warmed to
30-35°C.
A storage between 20°C and 30°C is recommended.
